Buyers would be allowed to return the product within seven (7 days) of delivery thereof
If the Buyer has chosen MJ Logistics as the mode of Delivery for the ordered Products
If the Buyer is able to substantiate that the delivered product is different from the information provided on the website by the Seller or the product was damaged in transit.
Return Requests by Buyers would be placed to mjvaluemart and mjvaluemart would reach out to the Seller to resolve the issues amicably
Such a Return Request would be accepted only if the Buyer is able to substantiate that the delivered product is different from the information on the website by the Seller or the product was damaged in transit
The Seller would process the refund to the Buyer in case a Return Request is approved
The Refund would be processed within 15 days from the time the Return Request is approved
Cancellations
Buyers would be allowed to cancel the ordered product only
If the Buyer has chosen Self Pickup as the mode of Delivery for the ordered Products
The Buyer at the time of pickup is able to substantiate that the product is different from the information provided on the website by the Seller or the product was damaged in transit
The Cancellation Requests needs to be placed before Pickup of the product from Seller’s Warehouse
Cancellation Requests wouldn’t be accepted once the products are marked as despatched by the Seller
Cancellation Requests by Buyers would be placed to mjvaluemart and mjvaluemart would reach out to the Seller to resolve the issues amicably
Such a Cancellation Request would be accepted only if the Buyer is able to substantiate that at the time of Pickup the product is different from the information on the website by the Seller
The Seller would process the refund to the Buyer in case a Cancellation Request is approved
The Refund would be processed within 15 days from the time the Cancellation Request is approved
